A 25-year-old UPSC aspirant from Andhra Pradesh was found hanging in his flat in central Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar area on Monday, police said.A PCR call regarding the suspected suicide was received at 2:38 pm.The deceased, Alta Bharat Kumar Reddy, was found hanging inside the flat, which was locked, the police said, according to PTI.A suicide note indicating study-related depression was recovered from the spot, they said.No foul play has emerged during the preliminary inquiry, police said.
